Do not use this website, our contact form, email, or text messaging to report an emergency. Those channels are not monitored continuously and are not appropriate for urgent concerns.

No provider-patient relationship
Reading this website, submitting a form, requesting an appointment, or exchanging messages with our team does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only once you have been formally established as a patient and evaluated by a Coastal provider.

Health outcomes vary from person to person. Descriptions of our clinical approach, patient experiences, or testimonials on this website are not predictions or guarantees of any particular result for you. No treatment, protocol, or membership guarantees a specific outcome.
Prescriptions & Medications
Any medication or therapy described on this website is prescribed only where a provider determines it is clinically appropriate following evaluation. Membership does not entitle you to any specific medication, dose, or therapy, and a provider may decline to prescribe where it would not be appropriate.
Availability of any given therapy is subject to applicable federal and state regulation, and to clinical judgment at the time of your visit.
Laboratory testing
Laboratory results are one input into clinical decision making and are interpreted in the context of your history, symptoms, and examination. Reference ranges vary between laboratories. A result inside or outside a reference range does not, on its own, establish or exclude a diagnosis.
Telehealth & licensure
Our providers are licensed to practise in specific states and can only provide care to patients located in a state where the treating provider holds a licence. Each provider is listed on our booking page under the state in which they see patients.
Some conditions cannot be assessed appropriately without an in-person visit. Where that is the case, your provider will tell you and help arrange it.
Third-party resources
Our Resources directory lists independent organizations that support the communities we serve. Those organizations are not affiliated with Coastal, and listing one is not an endorsement or a referral. We do not control and are not responsible for the services, advice, or availability of any third-party organization.
